Qualifications: Certificate 3 and 4 in Fitness, Les Mills qualified in Body Pump, Grit Strength, Cardio and Plyo. Also qualified in group fitness fat burn/cardio, spin/RPM, Thump Boxing, Aqua Boxing and OZ Swim.

Specialisation: Weight loss, weight gain, sports specific training, childrens’ fitness. Available to do PT during school hours.
