About me: I’ve been personal training for 5 years now. In that time I’ve competed in 3 physique competitions, which I lost 17kg for. I feel that I can relate to people who are undergoing a weight loss journey.

Best Achievement: I’ve had many great achievements with my clients over the years. One client has lost an amazing 36kg and dropped an incredible 81cm across his girth measurements.
